Rural Youth Skills Development Project
Educated rural youth lack basic skills in computers, English conversation, use of the internet, interview presentation, etc. and this hinders them from obtaining suitable employment in the workforce.
Project Theme
To provide rural youth with on-going livelihood through the development of entrepreneurship and employment skills.

Employability Skills Development

a. Trained and certified in the management course
b. 10 Leaders equipped with additional skills acquired through the program for the purpose of setting up enterprises

Volunteering and Mentoring
The project offers various employee volunteering opportunities to people from all walks of life. The rural youth will need on-going ground level support as well as guidance, to position themselves as effective leaders of change in the community. The kind of support that can be provided in the form of volunteering will be decided based on the project requirements, skills and interests of the volunteer/s.
