Learning Space Foundation (LSF) was registered as a Public Charitable Trust with the Charity Commissioner’s Office in Thane, Maharashtra and was awarded the number E-2029 (Palghar) after registration was completed on July 20th 2006. Subsequently in 2008, LSF was registered with the Income Tax Dept. and awarded the 12AA (as being a non-taxable entity) and the 80G Tax exemption certificates. 

The Trust has appointed Chartered Accountant firms for audit of accounts and administration, and the annual audited accounts of the Trust have regularly been submitted online on the Income Tax portal.

At LSF, the Board of Trustees, and our Honorary Annual Accounting Auditors Maitra Chopra & Associates LLP guiding the accounting process at every step, to maintain ongoing due diligence of the expenses incurred in the Trust’s social activities in pursuit of complete transparency to fulfil objectives laid down in the Trust Deed.
